摘要

Background: Epithelioid angiosarcoma is a high grade malignancy sarcoma of soft tissue, which is hard to diagnose and completely excise without causing functional and cosmetic problems. Moreover, the high rate of recurrence is hard to salvage. Photodynamic therapy is a novel treatment protocol which can selectively destroy tumor cell with good functional and cosmetic outcomes.
