Amorphous ribbons have interesting magnetic properties that allow their specific application in practical devices. Magnetic anisotropy can be induced in many ways, usually by means of thermal treatments. Sometimes these treatments can lead to a deterioration of the mechanical properties of the samples that however, this fact can be avoided when the magnetic anisotropy is induced by the application of a magnetic field during the quenching process [1]. The magnetic anisotropy in amorphous materials can be successfully studied through magnetotran-sport phenomena, like the magnetoimpedance (MI) effect. MI effect consists on a large and sensitive response to the applied magnetic field in the impedance of a soft ferro-magnet. It is well known that nearly zero magnetostriction amorphous metallic glasses exhibit the strongest MI effect [2], but other parameters such as anisotropy play also an important role. Since Panina and Mohri [3] discovered this phenomenon in amorphous soft ferromagnetic wires, it has been extensively studied not only in amorphous wires and ribbons [4, 5] but also in thin films [5-7] and recently in polycrystalline bulk materials as manganites [8].
