We found an error in the computer program used to generate Fig. 4 in the above paper, which produced an incorrect resultnfor the solid blue curve corresponding to the MC-Glauber model. When calculating u0002pT u0003 from the single-particle spectra, weninadvertently put an extra pT weight in the calculation. So the solid blue curve in original Fig. 4 corresponds to u0002p2nTnu0003 [in (GeV/c)2].nThe corrected figure is shown here. After correction of the error, the difference between the MC-Glauber and MC-KLN modelsnis strongly reduced, and the mean pT for the MC-Glauber model is found to increase by 49% (from 0.45 to 0.67 GeV/c) overnthe covered energy range. The coding error affected only the calculation of the solid line in the attached figure but none of thenother results in the paper.nWe also overlooked stating the units on the axes of several other figures in our original publication. The units of the horizontalnaxes of Fig. 2 are fm−2. In Fig. 3, the horizontal axes have units GeV/c, while the vertical axes of Figs. 3(a) and 3(c) have unitsnof (GeV/c)−2. In Fig. 6, the units of the vertical axes are (GeV/c2)−2, and those of the horizontal axes are GeV/c2. In Fig. 7, thenhorizontal axes have units GeV/c2. Finally, the units of the horizontal axes in Fig. 8 are GeV/c. We regret these oversights.
