Rob Gardner, an economist with ExxonMobil Corp., is the keynote speaker for the 12th annual Pipeline Opportunities Conference on March 22, 2016 at the J.W. Marriott Hotel in Houston. The conference is sponsored by Pipeline & Gas Journal, the world's leading publication for the oil and natural gas pipelines industries, and co-sponsored by the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA). The one-day event focuses on developments affecting pipeline construction in North America and is a premiere event for the pipeline industry, attracting an average of 400-500 attendees. "The theme of our conference is 'Where Do We Go From Here?' and that seems an apt title, given the Keystone decision, the energy industry's economic downturn and the 2016 election," said conference founder and P&GJ Editor Jeff Share.
