Every company needs to have a Woody Reynolds. You know - the veteran go-to guy who knows just about everything there is to know about therncompany and can answer any question within the blink of an eye.rnWoody Reynolds is the customer services representative for Transport4 (T4), a joint venture of Colonial Pipeline, Buckeye Pipeline,rnExplorer Pipeline and TEPPCO, that provides a state-of-the-art information system for customers. It's a complicated business for those shippers, suppliers, tankage parties, etc., but when T4 was made operational nine years ago, it was designed to create a common interface and data structure that would give customers the flexibility they needed to maintain and follow their own specific business models.rnReynolds worked for Colonial Pipeline in one capacity or another since the Atlanta-based liquids pipeline transporter was founded in 1964. He took a retirement package in 1998 but soon after felt a yearning to work again. His former colleagues apparently had the same idea, because they needed someone onboard who knew that extensive pipeline system forwards and backwards. So when he returned to work in 1999, they referred him to a special job waiting for him at the newly established T4.
