Key pipeline industry executives at P&GJ's Pipeline Opportunities Conference held Jan. 25 at the Hilton Americas-Houston, told attendees a significant amount of pipeline transmission construction work looms ahead. The strong construction forecast reflects the growing optimism in this segment of the industry, Moreover, problems of the recent past seem to have evolved to strengthen this sector to a point where it is healthier than it has been in years. Many companies are touting the strongest balance sheets in corporate history and looking forward to energy infrastructure growth over the next five to ten years.
