Speed. This one word embodies one of the most primary business rules in the new millennium. Reacting fast to changing business conditions can make or break your company. In the pipeline industry, the ability to locate pipeline assets quickly not only protects the public but also keeps the cash from hemorrhaging out of control. On land, finding pipeline or telecommunications cable can sometimes be challenging but imagine the difficulty in locating pipeline or cable under hundreds of feet of raging ocean water. Pipeline locating in these conditions is particularly challenging considering the changing nature of the ocean floor.
