A few months ago, I posted a video on Facebook of a takeoff I made in what was pretty much a zero-zero visibility and low-IFR-ceiling situation. The post, as many do, generated comments and opinions. And a few questions. The most interesting question it generated was from a fellow examiner. He asked, "What are the lowest conditions you would take off in?"
