In New Hampshire, new fuel was added to the fire over thenRegional Greenhouse Gas Initiative last week when a reportnfound that the program costs ratepayers about 30 cents/month.nDetractors said the cost is too much and continued theirncall for the state to quit the mandatory carbon dioxide cap-andtradenprogram, while supporters said it is a low price given thenprogram’s benefits.
