A Harvard University report on July 20 said the likelyncost of capturing carbon dioxide at a conventionalnsupercritical pulverized coal-fired plant and using first-ofits-nkind technology is in the range of $100 to $150 per tonnof CO2, an amount that would add between 8 cents to12ncents/kWh to the cost of generated electricity.
