Some 76,445 UK Renewable Obligation Certificates were sold in the Non-Fossil Purchasing Agency's monthly e-ROC auction February 28 at an average price of £45.78/ROC, the NFPA said on the day. The average price was up £1.70 on the January auction, exceeding the regulated buyout price for the first time in over two years.
