Energia Pulita has begun testing of a 38-MW, €40 million biomass power plant in Gorizia and is aiming for commercial operation end-February, the developer said January 26. The plant is being fuelled by vegetable oil and is recognized by market operator GSE as eligible for subsidy under renewable energy law.
