Dutch competition authority NMa is considering an application from Delta and Eneco to form a joint venture in energy trading. The application was lodged on October 4 with seven days for interested parties to lodge comments. The two groups want to set up a joint venture to be known as PVNED providing program-responsible services. Both joint venture partners are recognized by grid company Tennet as program-responsible parties, able to take full responsibility for grid connection programs.
