In the development of the Water Protection Plan of Veneto Region, established by Italian Decree n. 152/1999, the cognitive part (state, pressure etc.) has been built up starting from quality available data from institutional monitoring, from the identification of pressure sources, from the appraisal of diffuse sources and the assessment of impacts, finding out, with the support of a Gis system, the homogeneous stretches of the water bodies. In the paper some results of the homogeneous stretch-analysis, used for the definition of the intervention measures, together with a case study are reported. The same methodology is proposed for the evaluation of the efficacy of the Plan measures.%Nello sviluppo del Piano di Tutela delle Acque della Regione Veneto in base al DLgs. n. 152/1999 la parte relativa all'analisi dello Stato e delle Pressioni è stata costruita partendo dai dati qualitativi disponibili dai monitoraggi istituzionali, dal censimento delle fonti di pressione puntuali, dalla stima dei carichi inquinanti e dalla valutazione degli impatti, individuando, attraverso un supporto Gis, i tratti omogenei di corpo idrico. Nel lavoro vengono presentati i risultati dell'analisi, utilizzata per la definizione delle misure di intervento, con approfondimento su un caso di studio. La stessa metodologia viene proposta per la valutazione dell'efficacia delle misure di Piano.
