Iam writing to alert you, the key stakeholders of the disease management community, to a Congressional Budget Office (CBO) report that could have far-reaching implications for our industry. At issue is the CBO report dated October 13, 2004 entitled, "An Analysis of the Literature on Disease Management Programs." The report is available via the CBO home page on the Internet (www.cbo. gov/) or can be accessed directly at www.cbo.gov/showdoc.cfm?index= 5909&sequence=0.
