Data on the dynamics of encrustation of experimental constructions of concrete and marbly limestone with the molluscs Mytilus galloprovincialis Lam. and Mytilaster lineatis Gmel. in the course of the first year of exposure are obtained. It is established that the biopositive properties of the substrate are more strongly associated with its resistance to hydrodynamic action than with the features of the construction material.
