British energy retailer RWE Npower is the worst of the country's big six suppliers at dealing with indebted customers, energy regulator Ofgem said this month. A new report singles out RWE Npower as the supplier with the most work to do on this topic. The company has disconnected the most customers and its procedures for dealing with customers who fall in debt need to be improved to bring them in line with best practice, Ofgem said.
