Greenpeace has sent a legal letter to the UK Government expressing its concerns about its consultation on new nuclear plant build. In a letter dated December 7, sent on behalf of Greenpeace, law firm Harrison Grant outlines its client's "serious concerns" about the most recent consultation and the reasons why, in its view, it would not be lawful, at this stage, for the government to make a decision in favor of building new nuclear power stations.
