When Ruth Kelly Studio employees found themselves in need of new equipment to finish a job that was too big for their existing machines, they ordered a Super Sewer from On Demand Machinery (ODM). ODM delivered, installed and trained the bindery department within 48 hours of placing the order. In fact, President Robert Kelly mused, ODM drove 22 hours to deliver the machine without even collecting a deposit.
