The article analyzes the conditions for attracting venture capital to innovation businesses and the possibility of harmonizing the interests of businesses and investors. Every company tries to produce its own unique product that would be much better than that of its competitors. All over the world, a great many new goods and technologies are appearing, and companies based on them are interested in attracting investments. And that is where the most interesting part begins.
