摘要

The "fireproof area rate"is usually used as an indicator for the urban improvement plan for prevention form spread fire after a big earthquake. It is pointed out that it had one problem that it must restrict the contents of plan to only factors that increase it and the variety of the plan may be lost as a results. On this study, it was generalized using site percolation model and then it was demonstrated that he problem must be mitigated by making clear what attributes of urbanized area prescribe the performance against the fire spread and mutual relation of theml.
