摘要

The 500℉ (260℃) gas-fired oven is supplied with a shelf truck and equipped with shelf supports on 3.5" centers. A modulating natural gas burner provides 175,000 BTU/hr, and a 2,000-cfm, 2-hp recirculating blower motor provides horizontal airflow from a top-mounted heat chamber. No. 909 is currently used for curing rubber parts. The oven has 4" insulated walls, a stainless steel exterior with No. 4 brushed finish and Type 430 stainless steel interior with continuously backwelded seam construction. The oven floor has 4" of insulation and built-in truck wheel guide-tracks. Motorized dampers on the air intake and exhaust provide accelerated cooling. The oven exhauster discharges into a scrubber unit that utilizes recirculated water, sprayed by a 1.5-hp pump into the exhaust to remove particulates. This scrubber is constructed of Type 304 stainless steel with brass piping.
