Intended for applications from -!50 to 750℉(-101 to 399℃), integrated heat transfer equipment for heating and cooling consists of closed-loop systems designed for aqueous and non-aqueous (thermal fluid) heating or cooling using a single circulating media.Temperature control units are suited for heating and cooling of batch or continuous processes and can be used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, inks and dyes, plastics, rubber, textile, water treatment and food processing. A sealless magnetic-drive pump option is now offered for both the HTF 500 (up to 500℉ [260℃]) and 600 (up to 600℉ pump design option eliminates the need for conventional seals and seal servicing. An energy-efficient design allows the system to heat up quickly, increasing productivity. A unique heating and cooling design helps reduce thermal shock. Durable and accurate microprocessor controls, with NFPA 79 electrical safety standards and a UL-labeled electrical subpanel, offer precision temperature control and improved part quality.
