Steigende Vernetzung und Komplexität erhöhen die Störanfälligkeit von Produktionsprozessen. Der schnelle Umgang mit Störgrößen wird zunehmend zu einem Wettbewerbsfaktor. Im Forschungsprojekt„Nachhalti-ges Störgrößenmanagement in produzierenden KMU" wird eine Methodik zur Störgrößenidentifikation und zur Auswahl präventiver und reaktiver Maßnahmen zur Störgrößenbehebung sowie zur nachhaltigen Verankerung eines Störgrößenmanagements entwickelt.%Increasing interconnectedness and complexity of production processes raise its susceptibility to failure. Therefore, the ability to quickly respond to failures is increasingly becoming a competitive factor. In the research project „Sustainable Failure Management in Manufacturing SMEs", a methodology for identifying failures and for selecting preventive as well as reactive measures to correct failure and to establish a sustainable failure management, is developed.
