Die Schaffung stabiler Produktionsprozesse gewinnt für Produktionsunternehmen zunehmend an Bedeutung. Die Vielzahl in der Unternehmenspraxis zu berücksichtigenden Faktoren und die große Anzahl an existierenden Verbesserungsmethoden machen den notwendigen Stabilisierungsprozess jedoch häufig zeitaufwendig und komplex. Dieser Artikel stellt eine Studie des Fachgebiets Logistik der Technischen Universität Berlin vor, in der gemeinsam mit der Siemens AG ein Vorgehensmodell entwickelt wurde, welches Manager der operativen Produktionsplanung und -Steuerung unterstützt und hilft, ein optimales Stabilitätsniveau in der Fertigung zu erreichen.%Building stable production processes is becoming increasingly significant for manufacturing companies. The wide diversity of factors which have to be considered in business practice and the huge number of existing improvement methods makes necessary process stabilization efforts time-consuming and complex. A study, conducted at the TU Berlin in cooperation with Siemens AG, developed a process model to support managers of operations and manufacturing in their efforts to stabilize production processes and to help to achieve an optimal stability level.
