It is my pleasure to greet you as ASSE president. It will be my distinct privilege to carry forward the work of my many predecessors, and I am grateful for the opportunity to represent you and this great profession over the coming year. Together, we'll make sure that our Society remains strong and more relevant than ever. If you were among the more than 4,300 people who attended Safety 2015 in Dallas, TX, last month, you witnessed an extraordinary event. The conference offered more than 245 educational sessions presented by leading thinkers; an exposition hall packed with attendees learning about the latest products and technologies; numerous networking events; and a wealth of strategic insight, such as that offered by top leaders during the Executive Summit. The annual conference continues to be a mecca for OSH professionals looking to advance their careers.
