ASSE is financially strong. FY2013 was a record year for ASSE, as our revenue, income and investments all reached record heights. This outstanding performance coupled with the commitment of our dedicated membership provides a solid, long-term foundation for our Society. For the year, revenue totaled $15.4 million, $1.4 million over budget and about $1.3 million over the prior year. The increase in revenue reflected strong growth in membership as well as another successful professional development conference (PDC) and exposition, Safety 2012, in Denver, CO. Our expenses also increased to about $14.3 million, approximately $500,000 over budget, as we elected to provide strong services and products aimed at delivering an outstanding membership experience.
