Thingamabob. Doohickey. Thingamajig. Doodad. All are words (found in the dictionary) for things that we can't remember or don't know the names of. Some of the following words are found in the dictionary and some are slang. Either way, surprise your peers with the names of these thingamajigs. armsayes: the armholes of a shirt dragee: a small silver-colored ball used for decorating cakes glabella: the smooth prominence between the eyebrows peen: the wedge-shaped end of the head of a hammer that is opposite the face roorback: a defamatory falsehood published for political effect rowel: a revolving disk with sharp marginal points at the end of a spur.
