The Development of Pan-European EH&S Competency Standards This podcast will provide insight for those involved in the national or international arena, where state or national boundaries pres-| ent differences in the regulatory approach to qualifications and the status of those working in occupational safety and health. It will use the current European project, which aims to harmonize standards of qualifications and remove obstacles to work abroad, as a case study to discuss the concepts and constraints of competency and qualification schemes per se.
