In March 2005, Daniel Pink published A Whole New Mind: Why Right-Brainers Will Rule the Future. This book sets the stage for his latest work on understanding the value of intrinsic motivation. It is a must read; especially in this new economy where our value to an organization needs to stand out. The book begins with an understanding of the two halves of our brain; the left and right hemispheres. However, what we really have is not two halves of a brain, but two half-brains designed to work in a smooth, single, integrated brain.
