Pichard A. Pollock, CSP, is president and CEO of CLMI Safety Training, Minneapolis, MN. He is an experienced safety professional specializing in adult education and performance, educational technology and management systems. Pollock holds a degree inrnsafety from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater, where he received the Distinguished Alumni Award. His professional experience is significant. As corporate director of SH&E at Medtronic, Pollock managed a staff of more than 50 professionals worldwide, addressing biomedical manufacturing exposures.
