In a letter to Wisconsin Senator Judy Robson, ASSE opposed the provisions of the 2007 Assembly Bill 358 that is seeking to diminish implementation of Wisconsin's elevator and lift law. ASSE has been part of an ongoing effort to oppose the rollback of Wisconsin elevator laws in order to protect workers from unqualified persons maintaining construction site lifts.
