Indiana University of Pennsylvania's Safety Science Department, in cooperation with Alcoa Foundation, will host a 2-day workplace fatality prevention forum Nov. 1-2 in Coraopolis, PA. The forum, "Fatality Prevention in the Workplace," will examine the relationship between the workplace, work methods, culture, leadership and their effect on safety and health management as it relates to fatal hazards.
