ASSP has developed "A Blueprint for Occupational Safety and Health Reform" to help guide the advancement of a safer and healthier American workplace. The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the long-standing challenges to workplace safety and health. This presents a unique opportunity to advance worker safety and health, and ASSP urges OSHA to take advantage of this time to reduce injuries, illnesses and fatalities by embracing innovation and collaboration. The blueprint outlines data-driven and experienced-tested recommendations vetted by safety professionals across many industries and occupational perspectives.
