1. First, I want to thank the reviewers of Project Management Journal~® who supported our Journal in 2013 (please see the list of reviewers in the Appendix at the end of this article). A special thank you goes to the reviewers who have been active in PMJ several times during 2013. It is the policy of Project Management Journal~® that the editorial team first critically analyzes whether an article warrants a time-consuming review; during this step, we have a high rejection rate. This means that we carefully reflect on whether or not a review should be done and who has the expertise to do it. For this reason we have created quite a large editorial team, with each editor specialized in a specific theme of project management.
