摘要

In order to successfully deliver a project, project managers and their teams need to know what is to be delivered and by when. The fundamental backbone for understanding these project aspects is the work breakdown structure (WBS).rnIn Building a Project Work Breakdown Structure: Visualizing Objectives, Deliverables, Activities, and Schedules, Dennis P. Miller outlines his eight-step process for creating a WBS, and ultimately converting the WBS into a schedule. This book is composed of four sections-preplanning, execution, postplan-ning, and basic project management issues-and wraps up with a section on basic project management issues.
