摘要

The old saw―'if you don't know where you're going, any road will get you there'―might have been coined with telco 'back office' strategy in mind. One thinks of the traveller who, upon asking directions to a specific destination, is informed: 'if I were you, I wouldn't start from here'. Likewise this exchange: 'where are you going?'; 'I don't know.'; 'that's a coincidence―I'm going there too!'.
机译：老式的说法是：“如果您不知道要去哪里，那么任何道路都会使您到达那里。”可能已经想到了电信“后勤”策略。有人想到这个旅行者，当他询问去往特定目的地的路线时，会被告知：“如果我是你，我不会从这里开始”。同样的交换是：“你要去哪里？”； '我不知道。'; “这是一个巧合，我也要去那里！”
