After months of due diligence, Ottawa's Windmill Development Group and Domtar have signed a definitive agreement of sale for Domtar's property on Ottawa's Albert and Chaudiere Islands and downtown Gatineau, Que. The property is the site of the former E.B. Eddy paper mills. The agreement is subject to customary closing conditions and may take until the first quarter of 2015 to complete. One remaining condition relates to the rezoning oi the property for a mixed-use community-scale development.
