With effect from 1 March 2018, Germany's Panther Packaging group is holding a majority stake in the Coswiger Wellpappe- und Papierverarbeitung GmbH (Coswiger), a German converter of corrugated board and paper. In the course of the generational change at Coswiger the company's stockholders and managing partners have decided to continue expanding the business and selected Panther Packaging to provide the necessary support, Panther group announced. The managing partners will reportedly continue to lead the company.
