Pappenfabrik Riedenburg GmbH filed for insolvency at the beginning of June at the Re-gensburg district court. A company spokesman cited the company's inability to pay following failed price negotiations with several parties including the company's largest customer Herlitz. Johanna Lehmann-Mayer has been appointed provisional administrator.rnMs Lehmann-Mayer has already served as administrator when the company (then called Max Prinstner GmbH + Co. KG) filed for insolvency in August 2004. At that time, the company. which describes itself as Germany's largest manufacturer of millboard, could survive with help from Dutch investment company Groen van Prinsterer.
