Mondi Group will divest 25.1 % of its stake in fine paper manufacturer Mondi Hadera Paper Ltd. The company announced on 8 September that the block of shares is to be sold to joint venture partner Hadera Paper Ltd for €10.4m in cash which will make Mondi a minority shareholder with a stake of 25%. Hadera Paper's stake in the JV will increase to 75% in the process. Both companies said that a corresponding agreement was signed on 8 September but the transaction is subject to the fulfilment of certain preconditions including approval by regulatory authorities.
