The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about sweeping changes to the way we work-if we're lucky enough to still be working. Many professionals are working remotely for an extended period of time while others are looking for work in a model different from what they're accustomed to. From the newly minted graduate to the seasoned professional, we all have found ourselves thrown into a world of Zoom interviews, remote onboarding and even being offered positions without ever having seen the facility firsthand. Two competencies that were strengthened in 2020 are resiliency and adaptability. They are more applicable now than ever. When we watched 2019 disappear and welcomed 2020, most of us never thought we would need to look deep within ourselves to find just how strong these competencies are.
