Let's go back to the start again - my Mini Kangaroo plan (MW3162) that was published in RC Model World, August 2005. Well the last few years have seen clubs up and down the country embracing the I/C Mini Kangaroo and some versions have seen the engines swell from the Irvine 39 up to big, thumping 50 size motors with tuned pipes. As a consequence the C of G and handling have been hard to attain without enlarging the elevons drastically to 3-inch chord. I decided that with the falling cost of electric motors it was time to give it a makeover and improve the little tiger. It will also give you grass club junkies another bite at some easy construction action!
