RCMW has featured this range of models from FMS over the past 12 months as prizes in our monthly competition, and these competitions have been well supported. The sad thing is that unfortunately there has only been one lucky winner each time. We have tested several of the Mini Warbirds in the past and they cease to amaze just how good they are. You will all remember that I am not really a lover of 'foamie' models; I think the building skills once practiced regularly by most aeromodellers are a thing of the past and we are entering an age of model pilots rather than true aeromodellers. But that said I cannot condemn the quality of these latest models; they are well-detailed, well designed and constructed, and very tough, and leave very little to the modeller who just wants to have something quick and simple to fly that looks like a scale aeroplane, and that is why I chose to test this example.
