There is no doubt that the range of aircraft and flying disciplines are many and varied in the R/C model world and all have their dedicated devotees. Back in the 1970s a design appeared that transformed pylon racing and the class became highly popular. Club 20 was formed to promote cheap, exciting and fun racing and there were many designs, often produced by individual competitors but keeping to the strict building formula. Any mention of Club 20 has to include the late David 'Boddo' Boddington who defined the rules of the 'game' in his own imitable way.
