Only a few months ago, my son James was fortunate enough to win the first prize in a raffle at the end of year Charmouth weekend fly-in. This just happened to be an Align T-Rex 600 Pro helicopter kit. Although we have the sport version of this model that has the belt driven tail, this latest model is the pro and one of the extras that this model features is a tube driven tail. Now, as my son has just started his new job in France for the winter skiing season and he will not be able to build the model, it has fallen to me to start building as and when I can find the time.rnAs this is the case, I thought that I would take this opportunity to cover the build of this particular model in some detail but, before I get stuck in, a few words about model selection would probably not go amiss.
