I have been flying R/C for many years. In this time I have built many types of R/C models. I would think 75% are club scale. Electric as well as gliders, but mainly power. I have all ways liked the idea of flying low and slow, I think this adds more fun to the flying bit, being able to hover like a Kestrel, then putting the nose down and diving down to zero feet, without gaining any speed and having total control all the way down to a feather-light touch down (well, nearly every time), then adding power and pulling up to 100 feet. To do it all again - great fun.
