1. Averaging ATCALS funding over the 2020 through 2029 period will be $9.8 million for RDT&E and $53.5 million for the resulting procurement on a per year basis 2. Remote Virtual Air Traffic Control capability will allow centralization of ATCALS operations 3. Procurement is currently focused on the Deployable Instrument Landing System and D-RAPCON and D-ILS 4. FY20 new start: Fixed Base Instrument Landing System.
