Northrop Grumman received a JSTARS Recap radar risk-reduction contract in August 2015, but a more advanced MP-RTIP in support of this effort is not expected to reach the production stage until 2020 3. With NATO AGS deliveries beginning, the MP-RTIP is reaching a new audience, and will draw increased interest from international operators.
