1. The E-2D Advanced Hawkeye AEW&C aircraft is the APY-9's sole platform, and will be the only platform with associated production going forward 2. From now through 2025, the U.S. Navy will be the primary purchaser of the APY-9 as it procures the radar as part of a requirement for 75 E-2Ds 3. The APY-9-carrying E-2D is also expected to draw international sales. The first to take delivery is likely to be Japan.
